Adequate

Location is good, near metro, Lotte Mall and loitered with amenities & many eateries around the area; room is rather spacious and comes with a good size bath tub; complimentary basic breakfast and availability of coffee machines at reception and breakfast areas are much appreciated; tiniest washing machines I have ever seen, not going to complain though since it's free (self) laundry ;)

Only hand (sized) towels are provided, not standard bath towels; housekeeping is only available upon verbal request at the reception - no request no housekeeping; reception was not the most welcoming.

Wonderful

Bed was firm which I like. Japanese style toilet, free use of microwave on each floor. Breakfast included which is limited to toast n cook Ur own eggs with coffee and orange juice. Location so close to station and lotte mall. They give free amenities such as toner, emulsion, etc. Free use washing machine and dryer.

Small towels only but no big issue for me. There's this smell like musty and sewage smell when you get in the room. Not as noticeable when u turn air-con on but it's there all the time when u first enter the room. There's black dirt stains on my pillows but I don't really care. Just my suggestion but a full body mirror would be nice on one of the bare wall.

Hotel room size, cleanliness, bubble jet tub and bed were above expectations.

I loved the gigantic bathtub. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was firm and pillows were exceptional. Large TV with free access to Netflix and YouTube was nice.

They need to get a better towel selection. I was there for four days and there were only small hand towels to use. Oh, and a proper coffee machine would be nice to replace the kettle and instant coffee.

Good price/quality

Good location, very friendly personnel, quite a big room and big bathroom A/C is working good, there is a hairdryer and refrigerator as well Plenty of small stuff like shampoo, shaving foam, toothbrush, creams, water, etc. Microwave on a floor

Well, window view could be better and breakfast could be more diverse :)

Wonderful

The facility is new and the self-help break was good and so convenient. The toilet of our first room was leak but the staff changed for us immediately.

There is no looby of the hotel only the front desk.

Very Good

The hotel is closed by Lotte department store, location is good for travellel. The room is cleaned, bath tube is big and clean. There is drying rack machine that could help get rid of the smell after KBBQ restuarant. The guy at a reception staff is very helpful.

Great stay and good location.

The amenities in the room are great, the room is clean and staff are very friendly. Room is spacious and the toilet is huge. The room is also well heated during winter. Definitely enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is also very well situated in the city. Able to reach lotte departmental store and train station within walking distance.

The floor can be a little too warm during winter.

Exceptional

The rooms aren't very big but they are clean with plenty of amenities and toiletries provided. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The fun part was that we had to prepare it ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located with eateries nearby. Would stay here again if we ever visit Busan again. Value for money!

Comfortable but glad it was just for 1 night

Good location. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, subway. Good value for the price. Bed was very comfortable, bedding was clean. A small assortment of drinks in the refrigerator was a nice touch.

Scum stained bathroom and tub. Needs a deep cleaning. Bathtub was giant size, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I was hesitant to use it. Mystery stains on the furniture.

The hotel, is more likely a motel with facilities like jacuzzi/spa bath and PCs... my 5 year old boy loves the jacuzzi! it is very near to eateries and lotte department store

A correct Hotel in the heat of Busan's down town area.

Upon finding parking difficulties the owner proposed to keep the car key and help parking my car later. Location is in the center of Busan's down town. I recommend this Hotel and area for the teenagers. Apartment was clean and felt confortable.

Difficult to Park. Access to Hotel quite congested due to location and intense traffic.

Comfortable, clean, watch it when leaving the bathroom, tile can get really slippery

Wifi was OK, spotty at times, not sure that I was doing it right maybe

Not easiest to get to when asking a cab driver to take you here, but if you tell them to take you to LOTTE HOTEL right next door they really know that one. There is no ''real lobby'' so it can be confusing when you first arrive, but the lady at the counter spoke enough English to help me out.
