Location is good, near metro, Lotte Mall and loitered with amenities & many eateries around the area; room is rather spacious and comes with a good size bath tub; complimentary basic breakfast and availability of coffee machines at reception and breakfast areas are much appreciated; tiniest washing machines I have ever seen, not going to complain though since it's free (self) laundry ;)
Only hand (sized) towels are provided, not standard bath towels; housekeeping is only available upon verbal request at the reception - no request no housekeeping; reception was not the most welcoming.

Wonderful
Bed was firm which I like. Japanese style toilet, free use of microwave on each floor. Breakfast included which is limited to toast n cook Ur own eggs with coffee and orange juice. Location so close to station and lotte mall. They give free amenities such as toner, emulsion, etc. Free use washing machine and dryer.
Small towels only but no big issue for me. There's this smell like musty and sewage smell when you get in the room. Not as noticeable when u turn air-con on but it's there all the time when u first enter the room. There's black dirt stains on my pillows but I don't really care. Just my suggestion but a full body mirror would be nice on one of the bare wall.

Hotel room size, cleanliness, bubble jet tub and bed were above expectations.
I loved the gigantic bathtub. The room was very clean and modern. The bed was firm and pillows were exceptional. Large TV with free access to Netflix and YouTube was nice.
They need to get a better towel selection. I was there for four days and there were only small hand towels to use. Oh, and a proper coffee machine would be nice to replace the kettle and instant coffee.
